i like the bottom one best, I think the black and white picture has more impact and class, but I also like the top for the clean and simple corners

I like the upper more, because:
- it has colors, so it's more "exciting"
- the "gradient" in the top left corner (you know what i mean) looks weird and its too clean for the grungy style.

so, the first is better but it's your decision anyways.
