Okay, here's Ducktor Quazy (not "doctor", "Duck-tor" Quazy!
As in duck + doctor, get it! ), an extremely evil mad scientist or
mastermind as it were. With an evil Jelly, whom he pets as a cat
(even though she's a frog that acts like a dog!) at his side as well as
Hunch Butt (who you saw before.) being his evil assistant.
He's also the super villain alter-ego of Sway Sway, and he's quite
quazy as his name puts it best.
