Art trade with JaxWolf05 this is Lion from Steven Universe.I've used a real lion as a reference, his markings are not exactly the same as on the show but I like this way better than the plain fur!

I really like this, the lion reminds me of a mount from a video game I liked so much to play. I don't know Steven Universe though, I guess the similarity is just a coincidence 
Now here are some things you could improve on: the right hind leg looks wobbly as if it did not have a structure. You should look up references on a lion's muscles so you can be more precise on the anatomy. Also, on the right front leg, the wrist is too high positioned. It should be lower. The pose however looks very dynamic, I love the smooth lineart and the background. Maybe you could have added some gradient to the background, it could boost it. I really don't know what could I add to my comment as the artwork seems all in all beautiful so what I wrote are just nitpicks I guess. I hope you still find my comment useful, I can't really write more other than this is a very nice job

I've used some lion references but didn't focused on the anatomy very much! I was more concerned if the perspective would be correct. Thank you for the advice!!

Ok, so this drawing is absolutely amazing! Your anatomy is totally on spot, nothing at all to add on that part. All of these things are totally nitpicky, ignore me totally if you don't agree. One thing I believe could add to this drawing would be some more fur detail. Your base pink doesn't change at all, if you didn't want to add "fur I personally would add more shades of the pink to show shading, distance, dirt or grime. They cant be totally pristine! The shading is another thing. It does look really nice but its too.. perfect. I think it would benefit from being a little more jagged instead of totally straight lines everywhere. The mane looks really nice, I loveee the how you made the fluff flow! Also on his/her head where you did the shading, it kind of looks like fur, you should do some more of that to the rest of the drawing! I am sure your expression has more meaning than I know of but it looks so sad xD Anyways, it does look nice, your eyes are really nicely shaped. The final little thing is the tail. It looks really good but if you look close it is uneven. Sometimes it thickens sometimes it thins (in unnatural places). That's all I have to say! This drawing is amazing and I really look forward to more art from you!Β

I agree with you! I could benefit of using more texture on the shadows. THE TAAIL annoyed me so much, I just stopped trying xD I understand its uneven and weirdly shaped. I'll try to improve this on my upcoming drawings!

This is a truly eye apealing work I think Mucidia really summarize the beautiful essence of this playful style realism and cartoon-ism combined in a eye popping picture book apeal.
The anatomy is right on key with this freindly and dashingly charming loin whose colors are creatively done in an exiting and dazzling choice of pinks. The shading being exceedingly well done to help make that 3d effect that delights the veiwer.Β
The only suggestion I may have to improve upon this wonderful work is perhaps some more detail with the fur other than that everything here is 100% job well done a flawless peice that deserves a round of Applause

Wow, what a lovely drawing, I like steven universe, and Lion always seemed to me a funny character, I really like it, and even if it's not exactly as on steven universe, is really nice, and is not really that different, the only difference is that the markings were looking above and the tail was like a flame of pink fur, but I see it better here, mostly because of having normal eyes and not the ones he has on the serie, also, please, tell me that there are more lion plushies than the ones that I've seen on google images, because they are really bad, they don't look cute

yes the eyes are very odd looking! I was wondering their color and ended up doing dark brown. (they could be green too)
