Lovely lady. Her bare shoulders give her an elegant appearance.
Precarious position. Makes me think the height of that rail from the ground could spell disaster if she leaned a bit further back or to the left.
The way you've got her dress tugged to the left looks quite dramatic. Forces the eyes down and in that direction, perhaps because of the brighter tone.
The teal/aqua nail polish doesn't seem to fit. Doesn't match any other colors on her outfit or the surrounding scenery. Distracting.
A nice shade of pink to match the flowers in her hair would have been more appropriate. Perhaps a color touch-up in post?

I thought the same thing about the nail polish. I'll, um, polish my Photoshop skills and see what I can do.

LOL ... I used to edit images a long time ago using a much different and easier tool. The one I have access to now, GIMP 2.8, is much more complicated but versatile than the previous software tool, so I wasn't able to attempt a worthy example in a few minutes ... but I did try.
Thank you for considering my comments, and also for being objective regarding my observations. No insult was intended, but I did notice the strong contrast in relation to the tone and feel of the whole photograph.
