From someone who loves the Bioshock series and all its characters:
Love this picture. From her Audio Diaries, we're led to believe that Brigid Tenenbaum is almost entirely emotionless before her "Maternal Instinct" awakens, but I love how this picture illustrates that she's just in another world, seeing things that others cannot see (and without the use of Plasmids!). It's difficult to articulate, but if you've ever seen how they illustrate Sherlock's thought process on the BBC show or how Cassandra operates on the Librarians, that's the vibe I get from this.

Yes!! I am so happe that you understand the emotion which I tried to express! It is her attempt to see the another world, the world of Science and great opportunities, where "black can be reborn white" and etc.
