The girl in the foreground looks so hauntingly beautiful. I like the shading of the piece, and the soft colors. The rain is awesome as well. Excellent job.

Nicely done, and the gloomy and rainy setting is a new for you, I'd say. And you pulled it out just fine.
Their expressions add up to the eire and gloomy feel to it, but the Black Kimono girl's expression seems a little too "O_O".
I wouldn't know if that was originally the idea, tho.
I think some more details -namely making her clothes look darker where is wet- would have made it more powerful, but that's just me.
