First painting after more than two weeks, I did lineart while on vacation so I didn't have any means to find a reference, so anatomy is improvised

very nice! the wing size is very appopriate for the size of the creature, and the tail is very fluffy! the eyes and ears also have very nice shaping and size! and to be honest, the anatomy looks great! maybe not perfect, but it's very good to say the least! great job!

Lovely work. The style you used looks very smooth and natural. What would you normally use as a reference for the anatomy of such a creature?

Here I would look at pictures of dogs and deers (their legs mostly). Also, arrangement of feathers isn't completely accurate so I would reference some swan wings.
