Ummmm I drew it, lol... do you want me to write down the steps on here?

I started off by sketching the screenshot with a pencil... then I used a Faber-Castell "Pitt artist pen" (It has a brush end on it) and I got the basic outline of the image down. Then I erased the pencil and filled in the outline with India Ink using a paint brush. Then I added in detail with pencil (Mike's forehead)...

Then I just drew out the font with pencil and used a thin sharpie to fill it in and I erased the pencil...

And that's how it's done... nothing fancy just basically drawing and colouring, lol.
