I love that painted style, and I have been looking for that kind of brush strokes, especially on the torso part. Where the strokes are more visible~
If you don't mind, would you share your brush setting? If you're using Sai of course, which I've witness you using it in one of your stream~

And she's a very beautiful figure. I've felt that I've seen her a few times already. Is it a character of yours?
