Chrystal is a flatmate of the main character Coal, Chrystal lives in the room opposite to Coal's.
She works as a seamstress from home. She mainly creates Pokémon clothes to wear for fun or for competitions. She creates human clothing too sometimes, mostly with Pokémon inspired themes.

She dislikes direct sunlight and overwhelming human interaction. She likes to stay in her room and only sometimes comes out to chat with her friends. Since she likes being in the dark, or in mild light, she's usually active during the night, she sleeps through most of the day, but because she gets a lot of work for one person, she works a lot, and doesn't get much sleep.

She's usually very calm and collected. When a problem raises it's head she never wastes any time to panic, or get mad, or lose her cool, in fact she's really annoyed by people who do. Panicking, blaming each other or bickering over an issue never solved anything.
She's kind and a little motherly, in the winter time she always likes to make sure that every one of her friends wears a warm scarf and a hat. She shivers herself when she sees someone underdressed in the cold.
