the rendering itself is really good the only things that seem a little off to me are the hairs on the head look a little weird. I guess the hairline should be a little lower and the perspective on it is a little off aswell. 
the other thing is the color. The skin looks really muddy, probably because you didnt hueshift enough and dont saturate your shadows. Remember in most cases your light areas are desaturated and the shadows are saturated
