Heh.. this image is old, yet not. Drawn for my good buddy Laird over at Rooster Teeth. He wanted an ODST, so I drew it for him and gave him the original... last year at PAX in August. He scanned it and sent me the image and thought it would be cool if I colored it (I actually may have said I'd do it for him origianally... I can't remember).
Anyway, it took AAALLLLL the way until now, 9 months later, for me to finally do it. But, he liked the original image so much, he made it a scene in his upcoming CG/Machinima project: Halo Unyielding . Since the original picture was just the trooper, I added in the background of Coagulation, since that's where the scene takes place.

Long story short, here's a picture I finally did of an ODST getting ready to ambush an Elite minor. Enjoy! This image is less than half of its original size. Perhaps I'll post a reference of close up detail.
