First off, let me say that I think it's totally cool that you draw inspiration from Banner Saga! The line work is a little choppy, so maybe it could be cleaned up a bit, but the rendering and shadows are quite nice. The best part about this character is the fact that he has mood and emotion, and that's wicked hard to do. Many people can render like the wind, but what they've rendered is devoid of any sense of "character" and thus reads as stale. The ancient varl you've got on display here is running over with character.

it was my first concept drawing i did , and i was using a new non screen tablet to draw and i m not use to it so linework is choppy . previously i was working on my phone for my other artworks . and thank for the feedback . maybe after a year i will draw this piece againto see how much i have improved .

Good work on shading & facial expressions. I think the posture might be a bit off (long neck, arched back), but it depends on what you were going for.

no i was trying go for a long neck and arched back but i was not getting it right i m finding it difficult with the new tablet that i m using i have look at the screen and guess the stroks on the slate like a mouse pad . previously i did my works on my phone which was easy as i draw directly on the screen . maybe i will draw this again after a year to see how much i have imrpoved . thank you for the feed back .
