With this year marking the 30th anniversary of Rugrats, I figured that for this Valentine's Day, I'd post a mini-series of fanart featuring my three favorite Rugrats: All Grown Up! couplings. Specifically, I decided I should draw each of these couples, dressed in their formal outfits from pictures I drew for the original show's 25th anniversary back in 2016, holding a paper heart, just like I did withΒ Jenny and Brad last year. First up, the featured couple is Phil DeVille & Susie Carmichael.
