Lately, I've been wanting to draw new fanart of my favored Rugrats/All Grown Up! pairings. One idea I wanted to go with was a picture of one of the girls kissing her boyfriend and leaving lipstick stains all over his face. As you can see here, I have now drawn up that scenario with Phil DeVille & Susie Carmichael as the featured couple. Suffice to say from the suave look on his face, Phil is enjoying every moment of Susie's smooch attack. I hope my fellow fans of this couple like the picture.
