In the future, you can use en.niconico.sarashi.com/ to watch Nico videos without an account (put the sm### part into the Movie ID--Chrome did a weird thing when I tested it just now and clipped part of the video out of the viewing area, so be aware), but I went and watched the video to get the password for you, so check your notes!
(It was productive--I didn't realize this Meiko had VMD-capable collar parts as well as a bracelet.
