Description So I did this a few days back but hadn't gotten around to take a decent photo of it.
The colors are a bit messed up but I didn't want to spend hours on trying to figure out how to fix that so yeah...
It turned out pretty different from what I initially had planned (especially the plants) but I'm still kind of satisfied with it.

Most of the picture is done with watercolors over a rough pencil sketch. Afterwards I added some more details with colored pencils and a white gel pen.

Fantastic job on the shed! You're colors are beautiful too! But now... a proposition on how to touch up this piece that could go brilliantly or set you back, but my money is on the former. I think you start to get saturated in the corners of your piece (there's almost too much pigment on the paper (especially into the far right foliage) and it's blocking out the transparency of the medium). I would experiment with lightening the edges with a spray bottle and really spray down the edges and let some of the paint run off. It should loosen up the paint and create some more beautiful gradations as you've created in that chair in the shed.

I'll keep your suggestion in mind in case I ever go back to this image.
I didn't know that taking off pigment in that way was even an option.
Although it's more likelythat I'll simply start a new attempt with a similar painting the next time I do something with watercolor.
