Meet the mysterious, eloquent, and all-together quirky RiftWalker. You've probably seen him; you just don't know it.

You know when you're walking down the street and you see a person a little ways off that looks familiar, but you can't remember for the life of you where or when you've seen him.

That's him. The RiftWalker has the strange ability to be able to blend into any crowd, no matter how different he looks from the rest of the group.

I created this character for a later chapter of my LoZ Fan Novel. No one's really sure who - or even WHAT - he is, but I imagined him to be an aged Hero of Time. He no longer possesses the Triforce of Courage, but he has gained the ability to dissipate into nanoscopic particles to avoid taking melee damage.

These particles - which I liken to the Sands of Time - can move independently from one another and reform in another location... or even another time. This provides the RiftWalker with the ultimate escape plan, which is why he never carries a weapon. The only thing he carries with him is the pocket watch he's holding, which can tell him what time it is in the time and place he arrives in.

I would like to thank Dragon-FangX [dragon-fangx.deviantart.com] for the dissipation idea. I saw it in a drawing of one of his OCs, Ohm [dragon-fangx.deviantart.com/art/Ohm-113261344], and I fell in love with the mysterious feelings associated with characters like this.
