I've seen this on tumblr. But I kinda want to touch the tail. Is it just a part of the costume or is it the result of some magical experiment of his.

I think the tail is part of the costume yet "living", maybe because of the magic. Catman is nothing without a working, gorgeous, fluffy tail!
