This character is based on the binary brown dwarf star system Luhman16.
They are a pair of Brown Dwarfs orbiting each other and their movements in the sky look like they're dancing.
Brown dwarfs are 'failed planets' since after some time they die without fully forming.

that beautiful soft blue hair color, the pretty hair ornaments, that gorgeous brown skintone with stardust glistening on her complexion, the pretty blue eyes and icy blue lips...!!
I love the stardust glittering on her shoulders, too, and how she's got this big beautiful snowflake and that beautiful as heck outfit is to die for...!!

I really love the transparent fabrics, the pretty skirts, the ruffles and big pretty bow, the glove designs and just gosH!!!
