Niiice! Simple, yet powerful! I think you could work a little bit more with the upper portion of the image, there seems to be a massive mountain in the background, but it's kind of hard to determine if it's on purpose now. The overall colors in the background work very well to emphasis the dark tone in the motif.
I also like the faint coloring and the humanity you feel from the people in the front! It's also as if the bottom is cut off, I think a little bit of space there, and some foreground objects could make this even more awesome! The people kind of look like a band of Firekeepers...
