I'm not sure what it is about Max, but he does look good in just about anything, no matter how extreme it is or how bad it clashes. XD And that includes crossdressing! He always looks like he's having so much fun!
But you nailed on the "Aww, I feel pretty!" expression right there. Totally perfect for Max. X3 You made it look so precious and cute, and the ears/tailness of it all very well accents said cuteness! (Besides, a friend of mine and I always give him squirrel ears/tail when he gets nervous or emotional because it's funny XD) But I like the almost-metallic!style coloring/shading/highlighting you did on his hair. Actually, that's what's neat about most of your art, but it really stands out here so I enjoy!
