Yaaaaay, first CG line art AND first cg shading.
3rd actual cg. NOW is the time when I stop keeping track.;;;; The bg used to really hurt to look at. 
t'was all neon from lack of contrast somehow. I wanted to make the blue darker, but I have no idea how to do that. 9__9.; I used Klar cuz the only method I discovered to do non-squiggly lines with looks best wif ploofy subject matter.;;Her arm? Uuuuuh, itβs behind her. <__<.

I dunno XD;;; but I can't do actual lines yet, they get all wobbly. *__*.;; what do people do, go in really close & perfect every inch of line? Or am I just not good wif the tablet?
....& is the word perFECT spelled any different from the word PERfect? O__o.;

Well, some people are really good with tablet inking. I never was, which is partly why I do vector graphics. You might want to try it some time: either do a sketchy tablet drawing or scan in a pencil drawing, then load the sketch in a vector program and trace over your lines with a combination of single lines and lines that are actually filled shapes with no border. That's what I did for my last two deviations.

thats real cute love...i seem to be studying backround and borders...im not very good at filler in my art.....usually all the work goes into the subject....how did you come up with the "bubble" effect?

the bubbles? It was really all I could think of for a border, cuz the way I did the lines was to draw them all thick, & then erase them into thin lines. *__*.; so it was just the easiest thing to do using that technique. XD
