The People came today and they looked at my sketchbook, and it was one of my most terrible ones yet. ;-; (This isn't even from it, LOL. I just scanned it today when I scanned all my other life drawings from this quarter.; ) But anyway... =Flyerfye , this is what you look like all grumpy and from the side.

i really like this. i am learning realism portraits in my year 11 art class this term. i am okay at drawing features but i cant draw...personal (dont know if thats a good word to use) features. i can draw the basic nose, eyes, mouth, face shape and hair...but a cant make the uniquness of a real-life persons face.i looked at this and saw how you made the skin shading show the structure of his face, id really like to try that in my next class. thankyou for inadvertantly helping me : )
oh and id also like to mention how apalled i am that this picture has only 18 favourites and only about 500 pageveiws in total! while over on the other side of deviantart big-boobed cat girls with pink hair and minimal clothes, draw in ms paint manages to get more recognition! but then again thats deviantart for you...
anyway, to sum up this comment i think that this is a very skilful and cool looking sketch! and i hope i can eventually draw people as accuratly as you do : )

The hair is awesome! I have a terrible time reinterpreting details, here you just went all *SCRATCHSCRATCHSCRATCHBEAUTIFUL* and it's gorgeous. I love his lips too xD

I think that's fabulous! I very rarely like lifedrawing or still life for that matter, but I have a fondness for side profiles and this is a really lovely one!
