Character

Francine "Franny" Oxhorn is paternal cousin of Francis the Dimmsdale Elementary School Bully. She is a recent member of the BRATZ led by Vick, becoming a babysitter. Due to her past two years being in a Juvenile Hall for nearly killing a man (although it was for self-defense) and her intimidating nature, she has a reputation of being tough. Intimidating at first glance, but she is quite approachable and friendly. Being laidback around kids, but she take works seriously; she does not hesitate to knock someone out if they are bullies around her age who would abuse kids. Like Francis, she has great affection for the kittens they're taking care of in the house.

Background

Franny was orphaned when she was 10 as her parents passed away from illness. As she couldn't pay for the rent, she was forced to leave the apartment and was offered to stay in Francis' by his mother. While his mother was out, Francis used to hang out with Franny as she filled a motherly role. But one time, she was arrested for "attempted murder" but it was revealed she nearly beat the man to death because he was on the verge of assaulting her. While she was set to Juvenile Hall, she would constantly tell Francis to never let others see his weakness. But due to lack of attention receiving for long time, Francis become a bully. When released in age 17 currently, she returns home, babysitting and taking a part-time job as fitness trainer for a living.

One time, Vick couldn't babysit Timmy and her parents called Franny to take care of their daughter. Timmy and her friends were initially scared of Franny due to her intimidating appearance but they warmed up to her as she was proven to be a friendly person who is just protective of kids. She easily beat up Tad and Chad's bouncers and Driver, who came to pick up Elle, fell for Franny immediately. Although it was revealed later she has a girlfriend still in a Juve hall. Nonetheless, she is in good terms with the BRATZ and kids.
