Description
A small room belong MD Dormitory (for student, sv My Dinh project). Nothing fancy here
Type and position of furniture is predecided. This case, 3D part is only visualization.

nice render mate congrats. couple of crits though; if you make the objects not-that-symmetrical i.e. rotate the chairs on the right about 5-10 degrees, each with a different rotation or position, the render would look more realistic. it's already realistic though, nice ligthing dont get me wrong 
aaaand p.s: fan on the top looks totally fake

Fan image/photo provided by boss in last moment and he force me to integrated it into final render.
Although I don't want but I've to, there was no choice about that fan at all (just tried to adjust and correct color as good as possible). Celling fan is various, man, there's actually a fan look alike - [link] (provided photo - usera.ImageCave.com/nnq2603/DSC07901.JPG).
That's last moment, then everything done in Photoshop instead of render again.
