I'd have to say this is my version of the designs you've created. I like that the front is open, almost seems more majestic. Something about the light on the interior of the building seems a little distracting... I'm not sure if it's that they are so uniform, or that there are so many, and they are so visible... not that you wouldn't expect them to be, but it kinds brings a magnifying glass to the fact that there are no partitions currently modeled into the building and just kinda makes you go "hmm" a bit. I hope that helps a bit in some perspective you might not have considered yet! Fantastic exterior design, I really like what you've done here.

And about details, I've to say that I work in that project as designer+viz but I admit I'm not dedicated archviz myself. I just try to go with shaphe, form, function and make it looks passable in 3D. This scene isn't kind of quality render or hardworking modeling process. It's a concept stage, not finished+dedicated 3D visuallization.

Hey, thanks for careful comment (: Yes, lights on interior is make for quick preview, they don't reflect the interior design (actually interior hasn't been modeled at the moment). Agree they looks quite visible. Thanks again n have a nice day~

Thats cool, and how do you make the people scene here?

People element is image that transparent background, only pixels that contain people is visible. I pick some of them and drop in photoshop. Building, tree, background, people, etc... They're in seperate layers with many effects for each other. People can be cropped from photos and archive in library for using later.

I think people is easy task in photoshop if you don't need the picture looks photoreal.

Its looks amazingly realistic

I though you were 3D modeling the people.

About tree, Do you know that 3Ds max have a template to make a tree (an already modeled tree)?

Yes, I knew that. About tree in this image, some of them is 3D render (with bulding at the same time), some of them is photoshop layers.

Thanks it took a reasonable amount of time, but not really long. I've finished these concepts in a tight deadline (<6 days from begining 3D modeling, in office only). I had to use photoshop a lot to make final images looks fine. Not have enough time for this one. Scene is almost done by photoshop.
