Re-design of an old character/adopt of mine and a warm-up before I get to making owed arts :'>

I got this guy about 2 years ago from Aymea - original adopt can be found here:
He was loosely based on a copper dragonscale betta fish
I tweaked a few stuff to make him easier to draw.

Habitat: Dense forests and mountains with streams, lakes and rivers.
Size: 7m length from head to tail, 2-2.5m height up to shoulder, 14m wingspan
Misc.: Vissarion is a semi-aquatic wild wyvern with animal-like behaviours. He is a territorial and clever predator, never hesitating to attack intruders viciously with teeth, talons and a lighting breath. His primary source of food is large fish (catfish, carp, etc.), waterfowl, turtles and whatever unfortunate animal happens to stop by for a drink when he's out hunting. He has no trouble attacking unsuspecting fishermen on their boats by either swooping in from above or turning the boats over from underwater. His teeth are pointy but not very sharp, meant to hold and subdue slippery prey rather than cut off chunks of flesh. Being a semi-aquatic wyvern, he is fairly fast when swimming or flying and can camouflage well in muddy river banks, but he isn't a particularly good runner as he isn't fast and gets tired easily. The shock of blue on his wings is meant to intimidate opponents such as other wyvern and dragons, but really, who is afraid of a color...
Otherwise, if he encountered outside of his territory, he is generally passive and doesn't mind watchers, but refuses to be approached. Any attempts to do so and he will either flee or lash out.
Lighting breath: Instead of fire, Vissarion is capable of producing electricity and channeling it outwards as a breath ability or in a "bubble of death" around him. Both of them are lethal to humans. The lighting is clearly visible as a cyan shock the same color as the color on his wings. He can keep using either of his abilities continuously for 5-7 seconds, but he requires several hours to "recharge". The "bubble of death" has a 5m radius around the wyvern. He uses his lighting sparingly and usually only in order to fend off dangerous intruders.
