It´s a quite nice piece of work, well arranged and worked out very nice (I like the bag under your arm, but... isn´t it a bit uncomfortable?)
At least it looks unfinished for me. Right now, you got all functions u wanted to have, but it doesn´t look, like it is "living" to me. I think you could improve that nice vest a lot if u just do sth. to the borders. at least more than cutting them 
There are a lot of technics/styles you could use like wrapping leatherlaces around it, stitching a very thin leather around it or sth different. But I think it would look a lot better.
Pls. don´t missunderstand me. The vest is very well done, at least it´s just sth for the visual effect.

No comfort's problem
I totally understand your point of view, but as I've already said to some others people, I will upgrade this vest, add some patterns and some others leather parts, so, it will perhaps look more "has lived"
In coming months, I will receive two short swords I've ordered to a medieval shop, then, I will had two sheaths to the back of this vest.

Wow, well done, but I think it would look a bit better with some decoration. Especially the selvage looks too boring.

There's some engraved border lines to the selvages, but not really visible in these pics.
I will upgrade this vest one time, and perhaps, add some patterns

c un bon design.
Cependant, je trouve le cuir un peu trop neuf, brillant. Je le préférerai plus terne, un peu plus épais...

C'est un cuir qui fait déjà entre 2 et 3 millimètres d'épaisseur, l'aspect neuf n'est pas tout à fait vrai quant à lui, il y a de nombreuses pliures, patinage et autres traces de huilage qui ne sont pas vraiment visibles sur les photos. Cela dit il est à noté que je ne l'ai porté qu'en deux ou trois occasions, il n'a donc pas encore eu le temps de "vieillir"

amazingly done, i love the shape how it doesnt come too close to the neck or outer shoulders which means can be worn over clothing or under a shirt without being to visible
