And because I love how Unit-01 looks in Rebuild, I did a little editing to get this alternate version.I got lucky with the lighting; in the other one, it came from the sky in the bottom right corner. This time the sky is pretty consistent, but the glowing arm provided a convenient light source in the same exact spot. Less work for me!
I prefer this one over the other a lot.
Edit: HOLY SHIT IMPRESSIONIST BRUSH IS ALL KINDS OF COOL I ADDED SOME STUFF WITH IT.
Edit 2: First one was adding glowy junk around the lights, this time I blurred stuff to add to the depth. I'm pleased with it.

Whoa! Hang on... This looks 3D! I don't know if anyone else can see it, but the use of blurry and clear areas is expertly used. This really makes it seem like Unit 01 can just reach out of the screen and touch the viewer. How many years did it take you to master this skill?
