Description .30-357 was basically just my way of increasing the power of the .30 Carbine round. It has essentially been replaced in any conceptual usefulness by its brothers, .30MINI and .30MINI-PPC (the latter of which I haven't uploaded, but it's essentially .30MINI with a fatter case.). Anyway, I think I'll eventually find a niche for this puppy, maybe a small carbine or PDW. I basically necked-down a .357 Magnum to .30 caliber to create it. Done in Paint.

.357 Magnum is a rimmed cartridge. This would be a necked down .357 Auto Mag.

Ah, no, I meant to say Magnum Automatic. .357 AutoMag is a necked cartridge (.44-.357 caliber, I believe), so it would have a far greater case capacity. .357 magnum Automatic is a rimless ,357 I designed. It's on here too.
