He is Felek, it's diminutive from polish name Felician and it's popular among polish cats .

I added current photo of Felek . As I wrote in comment below his fur is darker now, this dot is now smaller and has light red colour.

Thank you. This picture was taken when he was young. Now he is much darker, and light red speckles appeared on his fur. Running towards camera it's main problem while photographing cats, I try taking pictures in this split seconds when they are stay still or attract their attention with toys, food or snapping my fingers, sometime this works .
