Starting off, i decided to post this Axl sheet now because people don't seem to like him very much compared to X and Zero. And for the Axl haters, don't worry, this is the last sheet i will ever post of this character, ever.
The reason why there's a second row with his other arm separated from the body is so people can make custom double angle sprites with him, as suggested by
