In this universe I made her more quiet because why not-
as well as a minor detail-

I understand that she can understand and/or communicate with animals, but there will be some cases where the animals might lash out or be unable to control their natural instinct [i'm not talking about survival of the fittest-] more of an ordinary vet's job. Yes, they care for the animals they encounter and will do whatever it takes to help them-but there is bound to be incidents of the animals unintentionally hurting the employee. It's the reason why I gave her scars.

more little facts in this au;
-she only hides the scars in fear of the animals being purposely blamed.
-Her friends, especially her family, are concerned about it, but she assures them she's fine.
-I made way too much info on fluttershy-
