This is a entry for *Nashimus 's contest. c:It's Lissy and Raoul, her oc's~
I had no idea who to put together as a couple. So I ended up with these two, and I think it actually turned out to be kind of a sweet couple. ^^

I just remembered that you've drawn Raoul before! Now that I compare them it looks like Raoul is a child in the previous one, the difference is huge! In this he looks more of his age and I like that very very much. <3 Shows again how much you have improved over the years.

It's funny that you decided to combine Raoul, who is obviously a mythical creature, with Lissy, who I've tried to keep very ordinary (okay, she has purple hair but nowadays it's not that uncommon). So yes, it's very interesting and thrilling!

Ahaha, my days are 8 hours long, but I'm working in another city and am living with my brother atm. I usually go home every weekend, but this time I've promised to do things here, thus I'll spend a longer time period away from home and most of my art supplies. But next week is my last week here, then I'm going back home permanently.

Yes, I am. XD But practical training is a very important part of our studying, that's why I'm in a game company at the moment. For now I've only made illustrations and character designing, but later I'll make some 3D-modeling and animating for them. Well, back at school to be exact, since they don't have the right programs here.

Heh, I have the ability to make my life seem fun, but in reality it's just normal. XDD
Kidding, it's pretty fun. At least now that I'm really starting to get along with my workmates. I've known they're awesome, but this week we've started to chat a lot more, and one of them tells some very utopistic thing, it's hard to draw while laughing so much.
I wish you luck, how long would you be studying animation then? Is it a small course of some sort, or would you study all the different methods?

I'm think of taking three years Barchlor-grade (have no idea if I spelled that right) and then maybe take master-grade in England or something. If I get into that school, I'll be studying digital and traditional animation. And "Coraline"-like animation. c: And I can also choose to take one semester out of country.

Sounds great. My school used to have its own course for puppet animation, but nowadays they don't have it anymore. If I wanted to, I could make a puppet animation as a degree work, but that just seems silly since I haven't studied it at all.

It's the last big project we do, it shows what we've learned during 3 years. We're given.. Maybe 3 months time and during that everyone makes an animation of their own. Some people only make the animation and leave sounds to someone else, like last year one girl made an animation, and another girl from another class made all the sound effects. Some others even make their own music. I've already confirmed that my brother can make the music for me, but I intend to make other sound effects myself. I still haven't decided the animation style, Flash would probably be a wise choice, but I really like traditional animation even though it's most challenging and time consuming. >_<;
