Yep its true. There is a story about my teacher's friend who was accompanying Japanese people on a business trip . They got flabbergasted on my people's guts to stand on top of a train near power lines. They imagined if they really gonna do that on top of Shinkansen! But that was quite a long time ago. They don't do that as often as it used to be. And I don't mean to mock my country because of that
