Drilbit Taylor is quite entertaining, but merely comical
And i agree, Owen wilson plays some great parts in some great movies. About this drawing, I really like the textured shading style. There is some wonderful detail in his hair as well. It looks very natural. (And his messed-up nose is on the dot!)
But I must say, after looking at your gallery, I really like your more dramatic pencil style. This picture suffers from lack of contrast a bit. I think the shading in the wrinkles around his eyes are a little vague as well. Perhaps giving them some depth would help this 
But, again, I really like it. The texture is great, his fuzz is perfect! I have to add you.

Never heard of any Owen Wilson... I live under a rock or something, I guess. But we have google, and OMG!! ITS THE SAME! He looks exactly the same 0.o I dont know how you did it, but this one, and Mr Viggo/Aragorn are the best. They look so alike!
Even though I dont know this guy, I have to fav it, because this quality is amazing
