It is partly stencilled, partly hand-drawn and i am super pleased with the result, although i do not feel i am completely finished with it. A little more will be added

I'm wondering if there's a reason for not aligning the 3d-boxes with the underlying flower-of-life pattern?
The f.o.l. inscribed in the circle has a hexagon shape, equal to the outline of the 3d-boxes. I would personally have chosen to overlay the boxes upon the circles so that box center was at the position of circle center.
It looks as if the boxes are not having the same centre points as the f.o.l., the 3d grid seems slightly offset to the f.o.l. grid, that's why i'm asking. My eyes may be betraying me though.
Not that it's bad, it looks cool. No, great, actually. Just curious if there's a reason or if it's "just" a design choice.

Because it is literally impossible with this level of complexity. The "upper" hexagons are handdrawn, to make them follow the bodydynamics, the flower of life is stencilled on, to be able to create a so complex pattern. Aligning them is not possible, cause the upper pattern changes angles and size, the lower one does not.
