Description
The rivalry between Danny Phantom and Jack Spicer has been a recurring theme from the beginning of Kindergarten, but has become significantly stronger since 2009. Whenever making a point, Jack will often try to outsmart Danny, sometimes by committing a heinous crime just so that he can gloat in his face. Though Jack usually winds up the loser of the battle, there are times where the fight ends in a draw. Eventually, there are times where Jack challenges him to try to stop his crimes, showing a fixiation on wanting to beat and humiliate him.

Eventually, Jack crossed a line while forming a plan to defeat Danny Phantom once and for all. He kidnaps Jack Fenton, Maddie, Jazz, Baby Danielle, Sam & Tucker and sends them to different places as Jack announces that if Danny isn't able to track him down by midnight, he will kill the hostages.

Danny was able to save his sisters, but unfortunately, Danny's enemies got in the way of him saving Tucker and Sam. Spicer proceeds to torture and mutilate the two friends and kill Danny's Parents, and by the time Danny arrived to try to save them, but he was too late and they die of their injuries. An enraged Danny Phantom chases Jack Spicer, who leads the fighting into an old Pines Industries Warehouse nearby. The fight is brutal and intense, but Danny cannot bring himself to kill him. Spicer uses the opportunity to blow the place to smithereens in last ditch effort to take down Danny. Both survive and go their seperate ways. In his grief, Danny actually gives up being Danny Phantom for several weeks. Until he got the resolve back to being a hero, and when Jack continued to try to make Danny's life hell, the war raged on until the whole Danvers City incident.............
