people go there, pay on an hourly basis,
get drinks (coffee, soft drinks, ...) for
free, and can spend the time with cats.
i guess it's typical for japan/tokyo since
flats are very small there, so most people
don't have a cat. instead they go to cat's
cafes to spend some time with those cute
creatures.
