For anyone that misses my old icon.
This is not a freebie and you may not use it as your own! The joke will not work for anyone else but me since my screen name is ~NotAnotherZeroFan .
Do not use this for a plz account either! I'm DEAD SERIOUS.
If you want an icon like this, it's not too hard to make. All you need is a program that allows transparency layers and allows you to create animated gifs. That's all.
Sorry to get all huffy about it but I made this specifically for me, hence why this fits so well with my name.
