I figured out which dragon you were talking about, Tresh.
This is supposedly Jean the dragon, whom I did an art trade with. However, her avatar looks nothing like this and was a totally different color, as I recall. 'Draw me how you see me,' was her request, so she was surprised to get this yellow creature with diamonds and ribbon-dreads.

You know, I tried to prevent this kinda response by entitling it 'bananadragon', but she does have a very proud pose, I have to admit. n.n I can't help but seeing dragons in proud poses no matter how silly they are!

Banana or no, she's a very pretty dragon. ^_^ Was this colored in traditional media? I'm wanting to say colored pencils, but I am likely wrong.

Yup! Got it in one. :} I'm kinda thinking I might have touched it up with watercolor pencils, because the wing-pit looks a little dark and I seem to recall trying a wet brush right there for shading but I changed my mind quick after I saw how dark it got.
