The drawing has even more temper than the picture. Contrasts are excellent, details gorgeous, transitions smooth! Love that portrait drawn by you!

Did you forget to draw the eyelashes? The area in between the lips and nose doesn't look good. I see someone else stated that aswell. I also agree that the chains on her forehead need some brither highlights.
In general this is a fantastic drawing though. I couldn't do that better. The chains on the side look absolutely amazing.
It's also very interesting to see all the things you've changed, like the patern on the headscarf.

The eyelashes are there maybe the camera didn't pick them up to well. I actually did try making the highlights on the headdress a little stronger but it looked kind of off... I just realized this comment is from the comparison dev. The photo in this is from when I first "finished" it. I have corrected many of these problems if you go to the actual deviation you will probably see a large difference. I think I will update this dev. I am very glad you like it and I appreciate the critique, shows me you really took time to take a good look. By the time u get this the photo will be updated. I haven't lookeed at this piece in a long time I might make a couple changes....we'll see.

I still think the area between the lips and nose need some work. The form needs to be a bit blurred out, and less squire-like. As for the rest, I definitely see much improvement. It looks really fantastic. I hope I don't sound rude. I always try to give some criticism about works I like, or about works that come from an artist that usually does great works, but I'm aware of the fact that sometimes I can be a bit harsch on some people. I'm just as harsch to myself, though. I keep filtering my gallery out.

No worries I am fairly harsh on most things I do as well. I have fixed the nose piece at last tonight. Finally took it off the wall and worked back into it. l that is something I have been wanting to do for some time now. You gave me a bit of motivation. I may post a new image of it here in a while, I just need to get the right lighting going for my photo booth again.

Thank you! It was odd cuz I started making this as a direct copy sort of thing, but as it went on i found things I didn't like about the pic and I wanted to add a more "magical" atmosphere to it.

Thank you so much. Yes it does take an extremely large amount of patience and dedication, but in the end you have such a feeling of accomplishment that it makes it all worth while.

Thank you for the critique. When it comes to the lashes yes i believe that they should be more prominent. I will go back and edit some things once the list has grown a bit. There are a number of things I am still fixing and trying to wrap my head around. Thanks!

Well, even though you didn't stick exactly to the reference, it's still an amazing drawing. However, the likeness is still sligthly off. It's mainly in her mouth. I think you should soften the highlights between her lips and nose sho that's they don't loook like such obvious lines. Also, you could add some highlights to the chainsn around her forehead because they look really float in comparison to the rest.
