No...it's no fancy photoshop trick. The photo itself is a double exposure then played with the green saturation to redden the trees. The pixelation and motion blur were added with Picasa. Most of my editing is done with paintshop pro and Nik software.

Seems like a motion blur and a pixelated affect. I think they redden'd the trees.
