Oh goodness me this is quite lovely!! I really love your watercolors, they flow so beautifully. They are indeed a difficult medium, but you use them very well!! I read this book series as a kid, it was an excellent series and you have done it justice! The book series is called the Lost Years of Merlin by T.A. Barron, and the friend is, I believe, Rhiannon.

I have a really really hard time adapting to traditional media since ive only ever colored digitally, so im sincerely happy that i seem to be doing something right, even if i still need a lot of practice and confidence. And thanks for the info on the book haha im gonna update the description
