It's so pretty if you look at some of the effects they use (cuz they only use like 12 effects JUST for the op...
I really like this style so I might do more stuff like this... it doesn't take much time since I don't have to carefully outline or shade... I just have to make sure that the edges are clean...

People make accounts that have these as icons and add plz to the end of the name, that denotes that it is not a functioning account but rather a glorified emoticon. it is done like this :icon snugplz: without the space which makes without the spaces, there are hundreds upon thousands of icons.
