A breezy day by a bridge....geddit? Ah never mind fail pun is fail XDBut hey it's been a couple of days since I got to paint somethin for myself and I had some free time this morning (woke up early XD) felt like painting a bridge..kinda RPG game inspired hehe. Was also listening to this awesome 8-bit mix while painting this: 8tracks.com/poikaer/8-bit
And this year I want to get better at painting more structural BGs, so here goes! //whatisperspective//
This was so much fun to paint...haven't had this much fun paintin something in quite a while
Done in Photoshop CS6 with me intuos4. Took around a couple of hours.

Beautiful! I agree with SurvivingExtinction about the clouds, they look really good! The perspective on the left-most arch of the bridge is a bit off, but with the style of this piece it doesn't really look out of place - it looks intentional. So good work!

And you're totally right about the perspective //fails at it// I actually tried to fix it a couple of times and in the end left it at this XD Yeah I thought the same thing, I just wanted to finish painting this image, and not spend forever nitpicking the perspective an all......but I'll work harder at my perspective skills and hope to paint stuff with better perspective soon =3=

Heh I was a bit hesitant to comment on the perspective since I have so much trouble with it myself. I agree with just getting something finished and coloured otherwise it easy to get so stuck on the small details.
