Started out as a pen sketch, finished off in Photoshop.This blue ball of fluff quickly became one of my favorite dog characters. I love him so much. ;__; I swear, every time he comes on screen for any reason I am just reduced to a puddle of uselessness because he is just so ADORABLE. DD'8 <33 Scrap power? PFFF screw that, have some totes adorbs CUTIE REN POWER HNNGH.
