Before you can access my phone, you must first get past Pinkie Pie! She's the best protection money can't buy.So I got a new phone for my birthday. This is my lock screen wallpaper. It was pretty easy to make, but there were a few trial and error lessons learned in the process. Good times. If anyone wants to know how to make their own Pinkie protection, drop me a line and I'll give you the skinny.
EDIT: Uploaded the .psd file so now everyone can make their own Pinkie Protection! This was made in Photoshop CS5.

I could, but I'd need an iPad to do it, and I don't have one. But here's the gist of what you do - Go to the MLP Vector Club here on dA, download the Pinkie vector seen above, take a screenshot of your iPad's desktop, and plaster Pinkie over the top of the screenshot in an image editing program like Photoshop. It's a custom thing. The image above really only makes sense when seen from my phone because it looks like Pinkie is between my phone and I. When I "slide to unlock," it looks like I'm pushing Pinkie out of the way, instead of just going from one screen to another.
So no, I really couldn't make you an iPad version because something like this should be unique to the device it's on. It needs to be Pinkie on *your* background, not just any generic background.
