A birthday gift for

She's a pretty big Raichu fan, and I thought she'd really like to see one reaching up to her for a hug. Can't really say there's much else to it than that. XD

I will say that the drawing did take me about an hour and a half to complete from start to finish. Which for me is pretty quick. I feel like I'm at my best with drawings when I try not to get meticulously detail obsessed and make a drawing take much longer than is needed. (If that makes any sense to anyone. XD)

Anyway, Parlare said she was feeling pretty sad today, so I hope this can cheer her up.
